Vol. 362 No. 14

Written Answers. - Bantry (Cork) Hospital Appointment.

54.

asked the Minister for Health the reason no surgical registrar has been appointed to fill the established post in Bantry hospital, County Cork.

Appointment to the post of surgical registrar in Bantry Hospital is a function of the chief executive officer, Southern Health Board. The health service priorities for the board have been determined and the chief executive officer does not propose to fill the post at the present time.
