The director of the Monaghan COMTEC was appointed on 11 November 1985. He is based at Coolshanagh, Monaghan, telephone (047) 81188. The planning unit has held two meetings to date. The formal launch of the Monaghan COMTEC and the inauguration of its council will take place in January 1986.
