We have a very limited debate and we have a very tight schedule.

I spent all morning asking the Minister for Labour to come into this House. The other day I asked him to outline the present state of negotiations with CIE and wanted him to ask management and the unions concerned to come to an agreement in the interests of the public.

I had ruled you out of order.

I want to put it on the record that the Minister would not allow me——

I am calling Deputy Mac Giolla.

The Minister told your office he would not come into the House.

I had to rule you out of order. You can raise it in the debate.
