Limerick East): I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for registration under section 49 of the Registration of Title Act, 1964. It was originally lodged in the Land Registry on 22 March 1985 but was rejected on 22 April 1985. It was relodged on 28 April 1985 and again rejected on 10 May 1985. It was relodged on 17 January 1986 and is, at present, under consideration. It is not possible at this stage to say if or when registration will be effected.
