A special contribution to this group in relation to increased pipe sizes required by Kerry County Council in this scheme is under examination in my Department at present. The question of whether it would be appropriate for the council to undertake part of the work as a public scheme is also being considered. I cannot say at this stage when grants may be allocated to enable the scheme to proceed.
