Vol. 363 No. 11

Written Answers. - Offaly Grant Payment.

75.

Mr. Cowen

asked the Minister for the Environment when a new house grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Offaly; and if a final inspection has not yet been made by his Department, if he will confirm that an inspector will call out immediately to carry out the final inspection on the completed house.

A new house grant will be paid to the person named when a final inspection establishes that the house has been satisfactorily completed and occupied and that all the conditions of the grant scheme have been fulfilled. The inspection will be carried out as soon as possible.
