The grant referred to was sanctioned in respect of a prefabricated building which was found on first inspection not to have been completed in a satisfactory manner. Arrangements have been made for a further inspection at an early date with a view, if possible, to making a payment. I am asking that the matter be dealt with as quickly as possible.
