This application relates to the carrying out of necessary works to the fabric of the house and does not specify that the house is a pre-1940 one. It was rejected on 6 February 1986 because, contrary to a condition of eligibility for the grant sought, a previous house improvement grant had been paid in respect of the house in 1981.
