Vol. 364 No. 1

Written Answers. - Road Accident Charges.

118.

asked the Minister for Health the special allocation made to each health board in the years 1984 and 1985 in lieu of revenue they would have received had they been able to make charges for services provided for victims of road accidents.

The question of the arrangements to be made to deal with the loss of income to health boards from charges for treating road traffic accident patients will be pursued when the Health (Amendment) Bill, 1985, dealing with the issue of such charges has been enacted.
