I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that there are four dealings pending in the Land Registry in respect of the folios the details of which were supplied by the Deputy. Three dealings were lodged on 11 April 1985, two of which were rejected on 18 April 1985 and were relodged on 11 November 1985. The fourth dealing was lodged on 6 January 1986. It is expected that consideration of all four dealings will be finalised in the near future.
