Layout and house plans for a 43 house scheme at Ardara, County Donegal were approved by my Department in March 1985. I understand, however, that the scheme cannot proceed until a sewerage scheme has been provided in the area and, in this connection, I would refer the Deputy to the reply to Questions Nos. 61 and 62 of the 23 October 1985. The submission of contract documents for stage 1 of this sewerage scheme is still awaited.
