Written Answers. - Grant and Mortgage Subsidy Payments.

Mr. Cowen

asked the Minister for the Environment when payment of a home improvement grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Offaly, which was approved for payment seven weeks ago.

Payment will be considered when the applicant furnishes to the Department the form SL 108 (i.e. contractor's certificate of works carried out) which was returned to him for completion on 19 May, 1986.

asked the Minister for the Environment when a person (details supplied) in County Monaghan will receive a new house grant and a mortgage subsidy.

The grant will be paid within the next few weeks. Payment of the first instalment of the mortgage subsidy will be considered when 12 months repayments of the loan have been made and the appropriate claim form duly completed and certified by the relevant lending agency, has been received in the Department.

43.

asked the Minister for the Environment if he will arrange a final inspection and payment of a home improvement grant for a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

An inspection will be carried out as soon as possible with a view to payment of a grant.
