asked the Minister for the Environment if he will expedite the allocation and payment of a home improvement grant to a person (details supplied) in County Roscommon.

Final inspections were carried out in July and November 1985 but on both occasions the house was unoccupied. Arrangements are being made to have another inspection carried out within the next few weeks.

Mr. Coughlan

asked the Minister for the Environment when payment of a new house grant will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Donegal.

A grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house has been satisfactorily completed and occupied and all the conditions applying to the grant scheme have been fulfilled. The inspection will be carried out within the next few weeks.
