asked the Minister for the Environment if he will arrange for the early payment of a £2,000 new house grant to a person (details supplied) in County Roscommon; and the approval of a £3,000 loan subsidy.
Both the £2,000 grant and the mortgage subsidy of £3,000 have been approved. The grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house has been satisfactorily completed and occupied and that all the conditions applying to the grant scheme have been fulfilled. The inspection will be carried out as soon as possible.
