A new house grant will be paid in this case when a final inspection establishes that the house has been satisfactorily completed and occupied and that all the conditions of the grant scheme have been fulfilled. A recent inspection established that further work had to be carried out and that the applicant was not in occupation of the house as his normal place of residence.
