asked the Minister for Justice if he is aware of the activities of the National Socialist Irish Workers' Party; his views on their activities; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

It would be inappropriate of me as Minister for Justice to express views on a matter of this kind. If the Deputy is implying that the group specified is engaged in criminal activity and has evidence to support this I suggest that he should bring the matter to the notice of the Garda Síochána who will no doubt deal with it in the normal way, referring it, if necessary, to the Director of Public Prosecutions for a decision.
