I move:
That the Order of the Dáil of 23rd January, 1986, that the Children (Care and Protection) Bill, 1985, be considered in Committee of the whole Dáil be discharged;
That the Children (Care and Protection) Bill, 1985, be referred to a special Committee consisting of eleven members to be nominated by the Committee of Selection;
That the quorum of the Committee be four; and
That the first meeting of the Committee be held on 24th September, 1986.
