asked the Minister for the Environment if he will arrange for a review of the case of a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath who has been refused a grant for window replacement.

The inspector has reported that all the windows are in good condition and do not need replacement. In the circumstances there are no grounds to warrant a review.

asked the Minister for the Environment if he will arrange immediately to have an early inspection for new house grant purposes carried out on behalf of a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath.

The inspection will be carried out as soon as possible.

asked the Minister for the Environment the reason for the delay in the inspection for new house grant purposes on behalf of a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath who submitted his application form six months ago by registered post.

There has been no undue delay in dealing with this case. The inspection will be carried out as soon as possible.

asked the Minister for the Environment the present position regarding reconstruction grant sanction on behalf of a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath.
