asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs if he will outline the text of the advice to the trustees of the cross-Border fund in relation to the particular problems of the Cavan-Monaghan-Leitrim areas.

The International Fund for Ireland will be formally established when the necessary Irish and British parliamentary procedures have been completed. When the fund legally comes into existence, the Advisory Committee will begin to assist the board of the fund, as provided for under Article 10 of the agreement concerning the International Fund for Ireland.
