Vol. 369 No. 6

Written Answers. - St. Mary's Hospital, Delvin, County Westmeath.

104.

asked the Minister for Health if he will give permission to the North-Eastern Health Board for negotiations to take place with St. Mary's Hospital, Delvin, County Westmeath, with a view to providing facilities for handicapped female adults; and if his Department will sanction this and provide the finances necessary for this particular facility.

My permission is not required for such negotiations. If, as a result of discussion, proposals are made to my Department they will be considered as sympathetically as possible.
