asked the Minister for Labour if he will give details of all payments made by AnCO to subcontractors under the external training scheme in 1986 to date.

A total of £8.220 million has been paid by AnCO to external trainers to date in 1986 out of which instructor, training materials, equipment, accommodation and administrative costs have to be met. As regards the fees paid by AnCO for externally contracted courses, it is not the practice of my Department to divulge details of the amount of fees paid to individual contractors.

asked the Minister for Labour if he will give a list of AnCO external training courses provided in County Monaghan in 1986; and, in relation to sub contracted courses, the name of the successful tenderer, the amount involved and, if different, the amount of the lowest tender in each case.

Four external training courses have been provided under contract for AnCO in County Monaghan in 1986 to date, as follows:—
