Each body under my aegis has been asked (a) to review, in conjunction with my Department, its practices by reference to the provisions of the Government decision, (b) to implement any necessary changes immediately where this is possible, and (c) to identify areas of practical difficulty in implementing the decision for resolution in discussions with my Department and the Department of Finance. The review and implementation work is at present being carried out.
