asked the Minister for the Environment when a final inspection for a house improvement grant will take place for persons (details supplied) in County Limerick.

An inspection will be carried out as soon as possible.

asked the Minister for the Environment when a final inspection for a house improvement grant will take place for a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary.

Following a final inspection, additional information has been sought from the applicant and its receipt is awaited.

asked the Minister for the Environment when approval for a new house grant and a builders grant will be given to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford in respect of a house in County Tipperary.

The receipt of additional documentation requested from the applicant is awaited.

asked the Minister for the Environment the present position regarding the application for a house improvement grant of a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary; and when payment will be made.

A further report has been sought from the Department's inspector and the applicant will be informed of the outcome in due course.

The grant has been paid and the receipt of additional information in relation to the mortgage subsidy claim is awaited.

The first instalment of the mortgage subsidy will be paid within the next few weeks.

The grant will be paid as soon as possible.

asked the Minister for the Environment if a new house grant and the first instalment of a mortgage subsidy will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Carlow where work was inspected and passed some eight months ago; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The new house grant has been paid. The first instalment of the mortgage subsidy will be paid within the next few weeks.

asked the Minister for the Environment if a house improvement grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny where the work was inspected and passed four weeks ago.

The grant will be paid as soon as possible.

asked the Minister for the Environment if a house improvement grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny where the application has been made for some time.

A grant cannot be allowed as an inspection had not been carried out on or before 27 March 1987.

asked the Minister for the Environment if a new house grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny where the work was inspected and passed some four weeks ago.

The grant will be paid as soon as possible.

asked the Minister for the Environment the reason for the delay in the payment of a house improvement grant to persons (details supplied) in County Louth in view of the fact that an inspection was carried out in January 1987; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

There was no delay. A final inspection was caried out in March 1987 and it was subsequently necessary to await receipt of certain information which had been omitted by the applicant. The grant will be paid as soon as possible.

asked the Minister for the Environment the reason for the delay in the payment of a house improvement grant to a person (details supplied) in County Louth as the work was completed and inspected in October 1986 and receipts were sent to his Department in December 1986 but no payment has been received to date; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

There has been no delay. Certain information was requested from the applicant in November 1986 and there is no record of its subsequent receipt.

asked the Minister for the Environment when a person (details supplied) in County Clare will receive payment of a new house grant.

asked the Minister for the Environment the reason for the delay in the payment of a new house grant and a mortgage subsidy to persons (details supplied) in County Waterford; and when payment will issue.

An inspection with a view to payment of the grant will be arranged when notification is received from the applicants that all work on the house has been completed and they are in occupation of it as their normal place of residence.

asked the Minister for the Environment the present position regarding the house improvement grant application of a person (details supplied) in County Waterford.

The file in this case has been referred to the supervising inspector for the area for a further report and the applicant will be informed of the outcome in due course.

asked the Minister for the Environment when payment of a mortgage subsidy will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Waterford.

The first instalment of the mortgage subsidy will be paid when the person named submits the claim form, duly completed and certified by the lending agency.
