Vol. 373 No. 1

Written Answers. - Lismore (Waterford) Garda Station.

34.

asked the Minister for Finance if a contract has been placed for the erection of a Garda Station at Lismore, County Waterford; if so, the name of the contractor and contract price; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

A contract was placed on 21 December 1984 for the erection of a new Garda station and residence at Lismore, County Waterford. Mr. Noel Hickey, a local contractor completed the works. It is not the policy of the commissioners to disclose contract amounts. The station has been occupied by the Garda for some time.
