The person named has been paid his 1986 calf premium scheme grants already.
Under the 1986 suckler cow scheme, an applicant's farm income must be at least 50 per cent of his total income. As the person named has an off-farm income his total income is at present being assessed to determine whether he is eligible for payment under the scheme.
He did not apply under the 1986 cattle headage scheme.
