I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the Inspector of Taxes will not be in a position to deal with the taxpayer's claim for a refund of tax in respect of the period mentioned in the question until the taxpayer completes and returns the claim form, together with the form P. 45, which were sent to him by the inspector on 19 March 1987.
