asked the Minister for the Environment the present position regarding the new house grant application of a person (details supplied) in County Laois; when an inspection will be carried out; and the date the file went for inspection.

An inspection, with a view to approval of the grant, will be carried out as soon as possible.

161.

asked the Minister for the Environment whether he will arrange payment of a new house grant to a person (details supplied) in County Cork; and if not, the reason.

The grant will be paid as soon as possible.

162.

asked the Minister for the Environment when a new house grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Roscommon.

A new house grant cannot be allowed as the floor area of the house exceeds the statutory limit.
