asked the Minister for Finance (1) the total number of applications for winding up petitions submitted by the Revenue Commissioners to the High Court and/or individuals owing PAYE and VAT over each of the last six years ended 31 December 1986, which were approved by the High Court; (2) the total amount of money due each year to 31 December 1986; (3) the cost of recovery of such money each year to 31 December 1986; (4) total amount of money not recovered and written off each year to 31 December 1986; and (5) the total still to be collected as at 31st December 1987.
