My Department have drawn up a Discussion Document incorporating general considerations for inclusion in a Pharmacy Bill.
This document is currently the subject of preliminary discussion with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland. It will be appreciated that it is not, therefore, possible at this stage to say when the Bill will be introduced.
