Architectural planning of the proposed post-primary school for Knocklyon has been completed. My Department is, however, carrying out a detailed review of the post-primary accommodation needs of the area taking into account the level of accommodation already available in the area. Pending completion of this review, no final decision will be taken as to whether or not the project should be allowed to proceed.
