asked the Minister for Finance, in view of the fact that the Office of Public Works are the owners of the car park on Harbour Road, Howth, Dublin 13, and in the interest of proper traffic management in the Howth area, if he will have this car park transferred to Dublin County Council who are the authority responsible for administration in this area.

Dublin County Council are responsible for the administration and maintenance of the car park adjoining the Harbour Road at Howth.
The formal legal transfer to the council of the car park and the other areas fronting the harbour, for which the council have responsibility, is being pursued.
