I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that registration of this dealing was completed, and the relevant solicitors notified, on 7 October 1987.

asked the Minister for Justice when the land registry office will complete a transfer (details supplied) in County Donegal, in respect of which details and documents were forwarded to the land registry office in early July.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the Land Registry is at present considering two applications for registration of transfers of parts of the lands contained in the folio referred to by the Deputy. The applications are being processed as quickly as possible but it is not possible at this stage to say when registration will be effected.
