asked the Minister for the Environment the present position of a new house grant application for a person (details supplied) in County Offaly; and when payment will be made.

asked the Minister for the Environment when the second part of a £2,000 grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Offaly.

I am having the applicant's entitlement to the higher rate of new house grant (£2,000) further examined.

asked the Minister for the Environment when payment of a new house grant will issue to persons (details supplied) in County Waterford.

Approval to the £2,250 "builders" grant will issue when the National House Building Guarantee Company issue the guarantee certificate in respect of the house. Payments of the grant will be made to the builder in two instalments in accordance with the conditions of the scheme.

asked the Minister for the Environment if he will allow payment of the third instalment of a mortgage subsidy to persons (details supplied) in County Tipperary in respect of their previous residence in view of the fact that they had to pay a redemption fee which included three months interest.

The third instalment (£600) of the mortgage subsidy will be paid as soon as possible.

asked the Minister for the Environment when a mortgage subsidy will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The third instalment of the mortgage subsidy has been paid to the Housing Finance Agency.

96.

asked the Minister for the Environment if a person (details supplied) in County Kildare is eligible for a house improvement grant.

There is no record of the receipt of an application for a house improvement grant from the person named.
