The function of registration of title is vested in the Registrar of Titles under the provisions of the Registration of Title Act, 1964. Any person aggrieved by an order or decision of the Registrar may appeal to the court under Section 19 (1) of the Registration of Title Act, 1964. I have no function in the matter.
