Contract documents in relation to this scheme are under consideration in my Department at present. Having regard to the limited funds available for the sanitary services programme generally, the existing level of commitments and the competing demands arising from high priority schemes, it is not possible to say at this stage when the necessary finance to allow the scheme to go to construction can be made available.
