asked the Minister for Education if, in the light of her announcement on Thursday, 26 November of the Primary Quota Review Committee and of the criteria it will take into account in its work, she is revising, in any way, her estimate in a reply to Parliamentary Question No. 199 of 3 November 1987 in which she said that the average pupil-teacher ratio in primary schools in 1988 will be 29:1.
