Responsibility for Rosslare Harbour has not yet been transferred to me. Because of the unique ownership/management position in relation to Rosslare Harbour it appears that legislation will be necessary both here and in the United Kingdom before any new arrangements can be proceeded with. The legal issues, which are complex, are under examination.
