Proposals from County Kildare Vocational Education Committee for the appointment of four teachers in a permanent wholetime capacity were received in my Department on 22 January 1988. These proposals will be considered with reference to the Government decisions to introduce redeployment and redundancy schemes for post-primary teachers.
