The Blackrock Clinic is a high technology private facility and the charges it makes so far as it involves the VHI are a matter in the first place for agreement between the hospital and that board. In any event VHI cover is provided through plans D and E. These are self-financing plans and consequently any charges met by VHI are matched by subscriptions received from plans D and E members.
