asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if his attention has been drawn to the extreme difficulty being experienced by people in County Donegal who have made application for commonage division and voluntary rearrangement as there is no one to attend to the matter in County Donegal and a serious situation has developed; and in view of the urgency, if he will appoint an officer of his Department to deal with the matter as soon as possible.
