Vol. 378 No. 10

Written Answers. - Thurles, Tipperary, Hospital Redundancies.

148.

asked the Minister for Health if he will indicate, in the light of his reported assurances that all redundancies in the health service would be voluntary, the reason two permanent employees of the Mid-Western Health Board (details supplied) have been made redundant by Thurles District Hospital, County Tipperary.

I understand from the Mid-Western Health Board that the two employees involved were offered and accepted voluntary redundancy.
