Vol. 378 No. 10

Written Answers. - Liffey Valley, Dublin, Amenity Order.

35.

asked the Minister for the Environment when he expects to complete his consideration of the report of the public inquiry into the special Amenity Area Order in the Liffey Valley between Palmerstown and Lucan, County Dublin.

115.

asked the Minister for the Environment the present status of the special Amenity Area Order for the Liffey Valley; when he expects to issue confirmation of this order; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I propose to take Questions Nos. 35 and 115 together. The inspector's report of the public local inquiry to which the Deputy refers has been completed and there will be no avoidable delay on my part in having the matter finalised.
