Vol. 379 No. 4

Written Answers. - Western Package.

50.

asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if it is proposed in the new western package to abolish the off-farm income limit for headage qualification.

As the disadvantaged areas headage payments schemes do not fall within the ambit of the new western package, the question of abolishing the off-farm income limit under those schemes does not arise in that context.
