asked the Minister for Justice the reason his Department operate a practice whereby people boarding Aeroflot flights at Shannon Airport bound for either Moscow or Havana are required to complete emigration forms before they can embark from this country; the reasons for which this information is being assembled; the purposes to which the information may be put; the way in which it will be filed and stored; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
