I am at present considering the submissions received from representative organisations and members of the public on proposals which I published for the reclassification of mechanically propelled vehicles for driver licensing purposes in connection with the introduction of a European Community Model Licence.
I will consider the question raised by the Deputy in that context and intend to make the necessary amending regulations in the near future.
