asked the Minister for the Environment the amount of money which was allocated by his Department for housing in Donegal in the years 1982 to 1988 inclusive; and the amount of money allocated by his Department for roads in Donegal in (a) 1980 and (b) the years 1982 to 1988 inclusive.

The amount allocated for roads to local authorities in Donegal (inclusive of urban district councils) in 1980 was £1,569 million. The amounts allocated for housing and for roads for each of the years 1982 to 1988 were as follows:
