The person concerned is in receipt of disability benefit at the maximum weekly rate of £42.30.
There was a delay in issuing payment for the period from 15 April to 11 May, 1988 due to administrative error. However, the position has now been rectified and arrears of benefit due for this period and all benefit payable to 28 May, 1988 has been issued. Any inconvenience to the person concerned is regretted.
