As I indicated on 12 May in reply to a previous question by the Deputy, the Garda authorities have informed me that all of the items seized during the search of the home of the person concerned have been returned to him. I am now informed that within the past few days he has made a statement to the Garda to the effect that he is still missing a diary and notebook and the Garda are making further inquiries in the matter.
