asked the Minister for Education if her attention has been drawn to the need to provide a sports complex in Maynooth, County Kildare; if her attention has further been drawn to the plans for such; if she will consider an application by the proposers for grant-aid from national lottery funds to facilitate development of the project, having particular regard to the fact that the proposal represents the combined efforts of St. Patrick's College, local school authorities, the local community and that, if provided, the amenities would be readily available to the entire community; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
