asked the Minister for the Environment when a mortgage subsidy will be paid to a person (details supplied) in Dublin 24; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The fifth instalment of the mortgage subsidy has been paid.

An inspection with a view to payment of the grant will be carried out as soon as possible.
